Terms of Engagement

Fundraise Launch is a fixed-scope preparation and strategy engagement. It includes application review, structured onboarding, two one-hour advisor calls, a fundability assessment, a materials review, narrative and capital strategy recommendations, a curated investor list and a written Fundraise Launch Plan.

It does not include investor outreach, fundraising process management, pitch-deck design or rewriting, financial model construction, negotiation, investor follow-up, closing support, guaranteed introductions or guaranteed financing.

PUBLIC does not provide legal, accounting, tax or securities advice and is not a broker or placement agent.

Applications are reviewed before onboarding. If your application is not accepted, your payment is refunded in full.

Ongoing done-with-you fundraising support is a separate engagement. Full mandates may also include a bonus fee, which will be outlined before an engagement begins.
